How to apply products return

_ Your Order number
_ Products Return or Products Exchange
_ Products Name, Model number and Quantity, Reason why you want to Return or Exchange

Remarks: Please keep all the above information offered are complete, or may caused return delayed. Also, the information offered should be ture, legal and no hurt to the 3rd party's right. GetOptic is not responsible for products return/exchange delayed or invalid which was caused by information incomplete, illegal or injury to 3rd party's right. Of which make GetOptic hurt from claim rights from the 3rd party, GetOptic keep all right to revover from statement person.
2. Return the produts with original packing, transportation bill, invoice(if have) and send to GetOptic by trackable courior or post parcel. GetOptic do not responsible for the return products missed, damaged or delay arrived if you use non-trackable courior or post parcel.
3. GetOptic will inspect the return parcel after arrival and will return funds or exchange goods according to your requirement a. Products Exchange: GetOptic will send your ideal products in 3 business days upon receipt of the returned goods. We will notify you immediately if the replaced products out of stock, exchange another products or funds return according to your requirement. b. Funds Return: GetOptic will refund you by the same way you pay Getotpic within 4 business days. Paypal: instant receive, Western

5. Customer must notify us of any discrepancies or item exchange requirements by email or fax within 3 days of delivery to make arrangements for return of equipment. Products must be returned in 5 days upon receipt of it. The exactly original condition (subject to inspection) or will be charged 20% restocking Fee. Customer is responsible for return postage.
