5. I've applied products return/products exchange, when I can reveive funds/replaced products

Products Exchange: GetOptic will send your ideal products in 5 business days upon receipt of the returned goods. We will notify you immediately if the replaced products out of stock, exchange another products or funds return according to your requirement. 
Funds Return: GetOptic will refund you by the same way you pay Getotpic within 7 business days.

6. I've got the goods but there're some discrepancies or defects, Can I return the goods?

7. Can I Cancel the order before shipping.

Yes, if you already paid, please contact us within 1 business day by email or fax, we'll refund you by the same way you pay for the order. The bank or paypal service charge will not be refunded.
